Nike: Just do It

Image result for nike just do it I found Nike's advertisement interesting because it started off being sold almost only to marathon runners and then people then became more involved in fitness so it had competition to Reebok in which they first took advantage of marathon runners using it. I liked the method of advertising which tells to try their best using their product and they'll be successful. Just to do it stands for buying their product and doing their best using their shoes.

I like this advertisement because it encourages me to try my best in times of difficulty. In fourth grade I had Nike shoes and I knew about the advertisement 'Just do it'. I was running for the mile and wanted to get a fast mile time so I could compare my mile time to my friends and say that I am the fastest. When I got tired, I thought 'Just Do It' and I did it. I beat my friend's mile times. I like the advertisement 'Just do it' is a great advertisement with a great way of advertising which encourages everyone to try their best.

  1. Have you ever had the thought that "Just Do It" is really just nonsense and that the meaning you assign to it is just your own projection? That's what I think of it, and your post seems to reinforce that.
