After reading an article "Why Small Businesses should use Guerilla Marketing" and watching a documentary called the persuaders, I realized that guerilla advertising can be a creative and easy way to advertise a product by giving a clear and effective message. “Guerrilla Marketing is an advertising strategy that focuses on low-cost unconventional marketing tactics that yield maximum results.” – Creative Guerilla Marketing. There are many shown ways of how to do this. Some companies put images on buildings for advertising, while others put them on or in other objects we use and are around us. Some creative examples are a colgate stick toothbrush in an ice cream, big objects on the street of what their advertising to take pictures with, and dentist numbers as teeth to rip of from gums. Guerilla advertising can be witty and humorous, or sad and scary. An example of a guerilla advertisement that uses guilt and sadness to speak to people, is a picture of needy children with their hands out for food on the bottom of a grocery cart.

Guerilla advertising is all around us: on billboards, grocery carts, products, and posters. They are set to appeal to people and gain attention whichever way they can. Different guerilla advertising appeal to different people, using psychographics. For example, the toothbrush in an ice cream appeals to parents and kids sending the message that you need to brush your teeth after eating sugary foods or else you'll get cavities. Guerilla marketing uses tangible and high concept ads and is fun and appealing to see around after it gains our attention through various methods.
